The location offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by the forest which made our family feel relaxed throughout the stay. The sitting room with garden views provided a perfect spot for our evening relaxation.

The wedding reception was disappointing, with unprofessional service and poor food quality, overshadowing an otherwise charming venue set in beautiful grounds. The garden ceremony area was stunning, but the overall lack of attention soured the experience.

The warm hospitality made our stay memorable. Although the furnishings felt dated, the charming atmosphere made up for it. Enjoyed delightful dinners at the onsite restaurant! For future visitors, ask for a room with a better view. the garden view could be improved.

Just a solid selection for a holiday in Burley with good value considering the price it charged. The food we had on the first evening was surprisingly good, even if service was a bit off. Make sure to check if the pool area is clean before using it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
During our stay, we faced multiple issues that made our experience disappointing. The shower temperature was difficult to control, which was frustrating, especially after long days out. we found the dining options to be quite limited, which left us feeling unsatisfied and looking elsewhere for meals. these challenges overshadowed any positives we might have found.

Set on a quiet country lane, the family room was pleasantly surprising with its smart appearance and warm staff. The surrounding area provided a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. the bathroom needs a complete update, and I was a bit concerned about the bunk beds lacking raised sides. If you're skipping breakfast here, I suggest checking out a local café that opens at 9 for a tasty start.
